I'm using os 1925. My z10 mobile hotspot won't work on my laptop. It connects and says no Internet connection. But internet tethering via bluetooth works fine. What should i do to fix it? Thanks

It should work flawless.

Call your carrier and add the service. It is a paid service. Only Verizon shared data plans offer free hotspot service.
