Missing Wallpaper icons on my Z10

After updating my Z10 to 10.0.10.116 recently, one of the 18 preinstalled wallpaper icons vanished and now only shows the generic "flower in a box" instead of the actual wallpaper. In my case it is the BB_Blue_jpgp.
Was wondering if anyone else has noticed this on their Z10's?
In working with BB Tech Support - their advice was "wait" for the 10.1 update and "maybe" that will fix the problem. Not a good response.

After update to 10.1, all was well for a while. Now this same problem has returned.
Any advice / help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance!
