Subject says it all, I have a little one next to missed call, I used to be able to click on the contact and remove the missed call.

Now when I tap the missed call-- it calls them how do I get rid of the little 1 in the hub...

This was a frustration of mine too. You would think if you viewed it in the Hub then it would be marked as read, but when you click on it dials which is annoying. I've figured out a few ways to mark these missed calls as read:
    1. When you swipe to unlock the phone, click on "view" instead of dismiss
    2. Go into the hub (or calls portion of the hub) long press on the date (above the missed call line item) and then click to mark prior read
    3. Go into the phone app and long press the number in the app then click on the "i" to view the call info

    I hope this helps!

Thanks man I can't believe no one replied to this thread until now.

I like my hub clean and organized as said before.

It's a work around for now it will do. I wanted to confirm the feature in the swipe menu was clearly missed but no worries its first generation software i will deal with it for now.

If you delete it from the hub does it delete in the call log? I will test and post back .

    Thanks again.

Or you can simply just go to the phone application and go to miss calls and it will be gone.

Yeah, you just have to go into the phone app and see the missed call, it will be marked "read" without long clicking it or anything. I agree though, I wish we could just mark it as read from the hub.

Thanks, I spent half and hour trying to figure out how to get the stupid "1" off my hub, so I thought, check the forums, I can't be the only one that doesnt like this feature. Sure enough, heheheh.

I'm on 10.1.0.2312 but I still can't find a way to mark a missed call as read yet in BB Hub. I guess I still have to go to the Phone App. Will they fix this in 10.2?
