Hi, I'm very new here. My 9900 recently died on me and I got a Z10 as replacement. I logged in with my blackberry ID and restored data from my Blackberry protect, but I'm still missing some contacts . I have back up that I made using desktop software some months ago and I'm trying to restore it to my new Z10 using the link software, but it seems not to be working. So my question is, is it possible to restore the old back up made using the desktop software on the Z10 using the link software? If yes, how do I go about it? If no, what should I do?
    Thanks

I don't believe this is possible. An outside shot, convert the BB contacts to outlook or google and then they will sync over the air. I'm not sure if you can convery directly from a backup though, you might need a 3rd party program to help such as Magic Berry.
