    I've never tried it, but, I don't see why it wouldn't work via BlackBerry Link.

    Do you have Link installed? If so, check the settings in it.

    PS: I edited the title to make it more visible, and thus get more responses.

    Many thanks. I have read mixed thoughts on this and was hoping someone could explain if it can be done or if not what is the solution. I guess it must be easy to work round as that is one of the most basic needs.

    Were you successful?

    I used Blackberry Link to transfer data from my old Blackberry (which would sync with Outlook) to my Q10

    it was easy to work with and appeared to do everything I could hope for ... EXCEPT ... my Outlook calendar will not synch with my Q10 phone.

    I was in to see the Geek Squad and they had not better luck.
