Help me please : my micro for Parrot application and Tuner guitar, sound hound, doesn't work no more but for voice over it works ! I don't know what is the problem i try to take out my battery and replace it and to restart my Z10 but nothing changes !
Also i checked in Autorisation Security and micro is activate...
I'm on 10.1.0.4181

You might download from BBWorld an app called Blackberry Virtual Expert - it contains a series of tests where you can test the microphone. Good luck

Just fyi, when I first tried Parrot I thought I had mic problems so I contacted the developer. Seems they programmed it to use the top mic, and I was talking into the bottom of the phone like when on a call. Talking to the top, like a voice recorder, fixed me issues!

I will mention that I ran through the audio/sound tests and found that the headphone jack test did not work but yet the stereo headphone jack DID. So don't go completely by its results.
