When I get meeting requests on my z10 they are showing 1 hour later than in Outlook / exchange.

The time on my device and time zone are correct, as is my laptop.

    Help please!

    Hi,

We have four z10 and we are seeing exactly the same.

If I create a new appointment in outlook that has the correct time but shows on my blackberry as an hour ahead, if I send the same appoint to an older blackberry running on BES 5 it shows the correct time???

I've found if I change my local time zone on the z10 to Reykjavik GMT everything is fine.

So when in Dublin, London +0 all calendar invitations are an hour ahead don't understand it.

I have same problem in sk. We dont observe daylight savings time so we stay on cst year round. My clock on phone is correct but calender or texts always show an hour later unless I change my time zone to mountain time -7gmt.

    Exact same problem here.

8 Z10's, exchange 2010 server, outlook 2010 clients. All computers and phones are using London time zone with correct time.

Meeting requests received on the Z10's are all 1 hour ahead. This must definitely be a DST bug with the phone.

Has anyone reported this to BB with an incident number?

Daylight savings is always a pain in the rear as it requires handset, BES (if in use), and Exchange to all be up to date with the changes.

Still, as they got it right in BES 5, there should be no excuse for BlackBerry to get it right in 10.

I don't see a way round it. If you keep the UK time zone your meeting requests are 1 hour out, if you change to the incorrect time zone then any meeting requests you send end up being received with a wrong scheduled time. I am waiting information from Blackberry...

I hope it's just something very silly on my end but for the love of god I can't work this out.

It's a known problem that bbry is working on. I submitted it to them a while ago and they responded it is being addressed.
