I downloaded max mobile security some time ago it was free when I got it but when I try to download it now it's not allowing me to and I've also notice the price keeps going up quite significantly

But when you get something free from a store when on offer you purchased that item even when free they should not be able to do this if the offered a trial then that's fine but this isn't acceptable in my eyes

Got the same issue too after erasing it from my phone. Don't mind paying for it, just need to be able to load it back into my Z10. Hope it gets sorted soon.

There has been a problem in updating from version 3 of Max Mobile Security to version 4 because of a BlackBerry World issue showing as network error. We have spoken to the BlackBerry World team and they have said since the free downloads of the app haven't generated a Purchase Record for them they are unable to give the update thus network error is showing.
If you want to pay and upgrade to version 4 and above you can follow these steps:
1. Uninstall the app.
2. Search for the app in BlackBerry World and purchase it. (If it still shows installed you can uninstall it via BB world-> My World-> My apps and games)
