How do I install the voice?
I only hear: getting route. And that's it. There is no indication whatsoever, no turn right left or whatever helpful, any ideas on how to make her talk? Thanks.

After it gets route you have to start the trip at bottom center of display and then drive. How often you get prompts can be adjusted in settings.

on maps screen, swipe down, go to settings, go to navigation audio, click voice guidance

I also had this bug when I first installed 10.1 she wouldn't talk even thought the settings for it were on. You can try to hold to end task. And restart the BlackBerry maps app, I b think that's how I got mine to work again.

After hearing "getting route" you guys do press the START button right?

First time I used it, I didn't and was wondering why I wasn't getting any voice guidance.

I thought you could adjust how frequently you wanted prompts but I don't see that now. But you can turn them on or off. Something must have changed tough because it does seem prompts are less frequent than before. Maybe my memory is off.

I had this problem too how I fixed was set a route and press go and then close maps down and restart destination voice will be there

gonna try it out today, by going to settings and clicking everything possible, I gotta say I'm very happy with the quality of the Maps and it's Navigation. I'll let y'all know how it went. Ich melde mich sp�ter!
