    After being outside and making great pictures - when I synced them to my PC with BB Link the pictures won't open. The error message was unsupported format. The vidd eo file that I did stored on the phone as .mp4, but I couldn't even open it on the phone. Kind of becoming mad on BB.
    Need help.
    Either I have to return the phone or I"m doing something wrong when I'm transferring the pics.I don't want to wipe the phone each time I take pictures.

    Do you have a password on your phone? Sometimes that makes the files encrypted and unable to open anywhere else. Just a thought...

    What happened is none of the picture even the phone could open and the size of the file are from 600KB to 1MB. Then I did battery pull and tryed to take photos again and store them on the phone. It went OK. The size of the pics was 1.4MB. Next step was to try another memory card and it was OK. The last step was to try the same card again. It was OK again. the size of the file was 1.4MB.
    I'm soooo mad. Can I wipe the p[hone completely like I could do with OS6 and OS7?
