Sorry for the loss of your data.
This situation, again, reinforces the need to routinely backup any unique data whether it be photographs or documents/files you create, voice notes, etc. In this case, the device's software did not fail but the actual physical card was lost. Just the other day, I moved and copied off all the unique photos and screenshots from my z10 to my computer. I then copied back just the ones I wanted on the z10.
