    Yesterday z10 did a rare for me reboot. It was just sitting on my desk. When it came back I had no network connection. Today after Verizon reset all my connections I lost my bbm service. Verizon says I should be on a. 2151 software version but can't upgrade past 2039 via line or over the air.

    Any suggestions?

    Are you sure you're on the wrong OS? There's two numbers, software release and OS version. For whatever reason, BlackBerry wanted to be confusing.

    Yes I was on the correct os didn't understand the release ver verses the os
