So, I've never had a problem with my Z10 whatsoever... Until the past two days.

I'll go to swipe up from either the lock screen or from the blank, black screen, and then either the swipe won't unlock it or it will just bring up a blank black screen with just the top status bar. From there, nothing happens no matter what gesture I perform.


Does anyone else have this problem or know a fix? Any help would be appreciated!

Some suggested trying to reboot the Z10, holding the power button down for 20-30seconds.

Well, when I restart the phone, the problem is fixed, but it came back once. Hopefully, it's just a coincidence that it happened two times close together.
