Hi

My Blackberry Z10 seems to have generated an error that I cant quite solve. When i don't use the phone for a few mins the touchscreen stops working. All the physical buttons work except the touchscreen. I have to soft reset to have the touchscreen to work.
Does anyone know if this is a settings thing or whether there is something else at work. it is running stock OS and I have already done a hard reset and install.

So after you press the Power button (top center), you still canNOT use the touchscreen? Once the unit is awake, tapping or swiping does not do anything?

Since installing 1949 my lock screen has frozen twice - I use picture password. Resolved by a battery pull
