I did a really quick search on this topic and found nothing so sorry if I missed a thread, but there should maybe be the option now to set a different lock screen to the phone background. I find that the background is covered by all the app icons and is largely not good looking and annoying on my part, just my opinion. So it would be better to have a separate lock screen one and then perhaps a more plainer one for the background so that your phone looks cleaner. If you get what I mean? Just a thought, would make it more customisable.

The icons don't show when the screen is locked, as far as I can tell. Just the background shows, until the screen is unlocked that is.
