Use Taskmanager if you will load android apps. They sneak up in the background and this will shut them down. It's in BBWorld also.

All these work quite well and I find em very useful, especially those on the latter list, since installing the 10.2.1.1925 leak n since the official OS rollout which is basically the same thing, they've all been seamless on my Z10

Glad to hear Skype works. Voxer works and I love it. Vine and Snapchat too. ES File Explorer is nice for streaming network share files.
I think I'll try and run android versions of Waze and Skype from now on and see how that works out.

Glympse DOES NOT work by the looks of it but thankfully I believe its coming to BBM and I'm excited for that.

only ones, which need Google Play Services does not work as they should or does not work at all.

There are thousands of apps that run smoothly and thousands that don't. BlackBerry has stacks of apps too. Best of both worlds.
You should probably look at the Z30.

Good advice. Loaded task manager [Hans-Peter-Lehmann] and the first app on the list was Amazon App Store, which btw keeps reappearing even after the kill..

Yeah those little jerks like to keep coming back. Nature of the beast right now if you use droid apps. They have triggers and built in settings to check the web for stats or updates or prepare for a push. Don't be too alarmed just because something is there though. Some apps don't noticeably drain the battery when running in the background. Others do however. Trial and error. Kill one, but let another stay and just keep an eye on your battery life

In all Honesty - I've downloaded and installed a few Android apps now that I'm on 10.2.1, and they run as smooth as if they were native. I'm very impressed with how great Android apps load and run on my Z30. I'm thoroughly impressed. I haven't run into any app that won't install or run. So far, everything I've download works great. This includes Temple Run 2 (AWESOME on the Z30 5" screen!!!), Instagram, Vine, Netflix, Google Earth, Bitstrip, Subway Surfer, Scrabble, Skype, Flow Free, BMO (Banking App).
