    I've been running one of the leaks and had a few problems with it and now the new update has shown up I want to back up my phone then reload the software before updating to the new OS yet the option ain't coming up on my link?

    Sorry but... why?

    The procedure you propose is completely unnecessary.

    Anyway to the issue at hand: Unplug the USB, device and computer, reboot your PC and then plug them all back. See if Link pick up your device.

    Ihad the same issue this morning (but I only have Link so Sachesi can work).
