    I have Line sideloaded. It is an older version, 3.9.3, and I am still on 10.1.0.2019. Line works fine for me.

    Sideload snap Into your phone

    After that run snap and search for line.. download and install..

    There's a Chrome extension that lets you do it. Download the BAR.

    You install the Chrome extension. Search for "BB10 / PlayBook App Manager"

    Then turn on Developer Mode on your phone (Under setttings security)

    Then plug your phone in, find your IP Address for your phone and use the chrome extension. Install the BAR.

    Then you'll be pleased to know you can install every android app you desire without sideloading! You could search for Line's apk on Google, download it, and execute it; but I recommend downloading a market so searching becomes extremely easy.
