Hey guys,

for a while now my Z10 won't brighten up on direct sunlight anymore and sometimes that's quite annoying.
And then the proximity sensor won't work either anymore. So the pocket safe app is now kind of useless.

However I've read some posts here in the forum that this behavior could be software related - others instead say they changed the hardware and now it works again.

What do you think? Is it software or hardware issue?

Where could I get new sensors (I'm from Germany)?

First try reloading the OS. If that doesn't work then go from there.
