Can anyone point me at any guides to what can be removed from a Z10 to create a minimum build?

Apart from the language files, which doesn't really slow down your system, nothing much can be removed without breaking something
    My advice: just don't

Although, the language files - especially since they added all the voice assistant files for every language - do take a pretty big chunk of space.

Yah, but considering OP's post count, I'm not sure I want to explain how to remove those files. If he bricks, then we have to wipe up the problem

It's not as simple as BBOS and picking and choosing jar files

I know how to sideload and delete using sachesi and chrome extension. Was just wondering if anyone has gained from doing so and their lessons learned. Much like you can tweak desktop OSs was wondering what tweaks others may have used for speed or storage gains.

I always remove the language files and voice assistant files using Sachesi, but it does not speed up the device if that is what you are looking for. It does give me a fair bit of extra room on my device. I should mention that I do not use my z10 for an everyday phone. It is a backup to my Passport and currently I use it hooked up to my TV as a media player. If you are familiar with Sachesi and find a list of the files you can safely delete and if you have the time, go for it. Somewhere on the CB forums there is a list of files that can be safely deleted. (just do a search)

EDIT: found it for you at http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-ti...d-flab-977846/

The Z10 isn't like an Android device - it doesn't need a "lean" OS, it's able as fast as it gets natively so don't expect any gains from such trimming.

Just pick a developer ROM build and run with it.
