Go to the hub >settings> hub -management .... and there turn it of...

You can edit your post, either remove that pic, or to help others mask the email, delete original pic and add one with masked email. always better to edit pictures of screen shots before posting in a public forum.

Look under the options in the Skype app itself. One of them is to show your contacts.
