    Quite a few people who received their LE Z10 have received a STL100-1 instead of a STL100-2. A part of them have contacted BlackBerry Developer Relations to address this issue. Let's keep track of how this situation progresses in this thread, as different threads are used to discuss this problem at the moment.

    Frequencies is the only difference I believe, but some are interchangeable.

    I'm still waiting for *my* Dev Alpha to arrive at Blackburn UK warehouse, and also I sent mail to Melanie in order to change STL100-1 to STL100-2 before they actually send me my LE device. No reasonable answer yet

    Anyone with Orange (UK) can confirm if there is update for this operator? I have seen http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...00-1-a-782515/ and update 10.0.10.99 - BlackBerry Support Community Forums is working.

    Refer to this topic http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...00-1-a-778269/ isn't working. Because the latest version for STL100-1 is .85 and Orange don't support the STL100-1.

    I got mine today and it's an STL100-1 model, i'm in Scotland btw. I emailed jam zone support and tweeted BlackBerry Device. Now I'm just waiting...

    Any news related to swapping of devices, I'm in the same situation, my friend received the STL-100 but here in Romania there are 2 4g networks already... although none of them sell the 4g version of BB10 which is very strange...

    Hello,

    Further communication on the device model swap plan will be sent out on Monday to those that qualify for the swap from the STL100-1 to the STL100-2.

    Received moments ago:

    Congratulations on receiving your new BlackBerry 10 Limited Edition device. We understand however that you were sent the incorrect device model for your region. As a result we are going to set up a swap process for these devices.

    You will be contacted this week by the shipping vendor coordinating this swap with further instructions.

    Please ensure that the device and ALL accessories (including the battery) are packed up in the box as you received it. Note you will not receive a new device unless the incorrect one is returned as instructed.
