    It's up to your carrier to push the updates as it is now tied to the sim cards...... mine is still 10.0.10.85/10.0.10.672 with Bell

    Simple answer...Telus handsets are STL100-3 models, and 10.0.10.90 (OS 10.0.10.690) is only available for the STL100-2

    I have an STL100-3, OS Version 10.0.10.672, Release 10.0.10.85 -- Telus.

    As for why? It's Telus...'nuff said.
