I was one of the moaners at launch and tried a Z10 for a few days and returned due to the gaps that I perceived. I've been hankering after one since and finally today got one from Amazon. Number 4 in the last two weeks. 1st one had dead pixels, second very bad light bleed due to a screen that didn't fit. Third one was locked when it was supposed to be sim free. And today, finally! One that seems ok and works!

Wow, what horrible bad luck!

I've had 2 Z10s since early February on Telus, then a 3rd since early April.
All still going strong, knock on wood!

Hope your Z10 rough luck streak is in the past. Enjoy the new toy!

I have been through 4. 2 Z10's with AT&T, a Z10 and a Q10 with VZW. I want to get another one when I believe many of the issues have been solved!

My Z10 worked great the first time. The issues most people had are carrier spacific because the bloatware they install caused the issues.
