    last February I ordered my BlackBerry z10 from ebay, maybe it was imported, i am not sure. Sometimes i it shows network blocked. But in the settings. I can see the network is unlocked. I changed the slot and the ic reader still the same problem is there. And now it shows sim card not detected.

    Sound like it's locked to a carrier. Did the seller state it was an unlocked phone?

    Look online for an imei checker .
    Find out if it blacklisted
    ( stolen , outstanding balance owing ... etc )
