Does it appear weird that the letters on the keyboard never change case? They are all caps even when caps lock is not on.

I'm a convert...is that a bb trademark?

As far as I remember, I think the old Torch was like this as well. I don't find it to be an issue, except the one annoying thing is that my Z10 tries to capitalize every word in quotations for some reason.

Yes, it's supposed to resemble a physical keyboard.

Gotcha. It's only word when you attempt to add a cap by pressing and holding the letter. Oh well I personally think the keyboard should change case

I agree that I would like for the letters on the keyboard to change as I change the case of the letters that I type. It slows me down on typing, as I'm used to keyboards that do this.

Coming from a few previous BB's i'm used to it not doing so, just like i have keyboard sounds off and popups off. my 9700 didn't click(very loud) or popup, so i don't want my Z10 to either. While i understand that some may prefer this, it distracts me and makes flick-to-type more difficult. Just up to personal preference.

I've had the same issue with the quotations. Sightly annoying but just swipe up on the space bar and it'll correct to what you typed, unless you're tying in a hurry lol.
