Hello.... i apologize if this has already been addressed.
Is there a way to store/keep my hotmail emails and SMS text messages for a longer period, or preferably forever on my Z10?
Presently, it appears that emails are being shown for past 30 days and text messages for around 90 days.

Make sure you are on the most up to date software and you will have the forever option available

I am running version 10.2.0.429.
I was not able to locate the 'forever' settings under 'BlackBerry Hub Settings' or even under general settings or z10.
Did i miss it or is it hidden somewhere else?

Realised I can get Forever on my Outlook but not on my BT accounts, I wouldn't have got a Z10 if I had known I couldn't keep emails forever as I use my phone mainly for business use.
