    So, let's say I want to load a new OS to my Z10 and then manually set everything... How can I just keep my contacts, in order to load them on the device after having loaded the new OS?

    Sync them with a cloud service like Outlook before you wipe the phone. Add the account after the fresh install. This is the way I do it and works like a charm everytime. I found Outlook.com does it best.
