yeah i got this the other day,
I am using 10.1 and carrier scanning probably showed them I was not running their current official so it auto pushes the message
How big is the update file. Anything les than 10 megs ish is prob carrier Bloatware they are pushing to your phone.

It doesn't say how big. The notification showed up in the hub. It says specifically that it's an update to fix bugs, photo enhancements, fixes to Gmail, better browser video playback, over 60 battery saving improvements. Doesn't sound like bloatware.
You probably deleted an app and it's just trying to install it back.

More than likely this :)
Sounds a lot like the update many of us hit soon after the Z10 launched. When did you get your Z10?

I got this update notification as well. I'm on Verizon with latest OS. When I go to check for updates there's nothing there. Very frustrating!
Verizon might have the best Network, but they really screw over their Android and BlackBerry customers when it comes to updates.

I never got this notification on my phone under the three first days I have had it. It said I was on latest software. Today I plugged it into the PC and BB Link told me there was an update for my phone when I was about to do a factory reset on it. So I updated it with the phone connected.
I hope the update brings some improvments to the battery as it says. Too early to tell though I just updated in like an hour ago.
