Good day Fellow BB users, I've just bought a BB Z10 STL100-1 OS 10.0.10.648, but been getting notices to update to OS 10.2.0.424, but when I tried to update it through Blackberry link, it makes it to 30% and then stop, telling me that "an error has occurred". Could anyone tell me what I am doing wrong or what should I do to fix this error? thanks for your help.

Just curious why not download from the phone by clicking update?

Go to Settings and scroll down to Software Update on your Z10.

Link can be a pain at times giving errors. I've never been able to update via Link I'm sure some have been able to so.
