I'm super critical of the majority of anything. Let me study it enough and I'm bound to find something wrong with something. As much as I've tried since owning a z10 the only minor complaint I have is that the backspace button the keyboard is right above the send button, and sometimes I accidentally send a message prematurely because of it. Other than that my experience with this phone has been absolutely stellar and has committed me to be a blackberry fanboy.

I rarely use the backspace because of the swipe left anywhere is just faster.

Yup. I sent some messages I didn't mean to send or I clicked on the wrong person and when I meant to delete it sent. Now I just use the swipe back. Much more useful

I find myself doing it on my PlayBook and my brothers Droid. Also I try swiping up on every phone I use instinctively. I've been changed forever by the flow of BlackBerry 10.

Picked up my gs3 the other day. Was shocked how difficult and unfriendly after time with bb10. Not to mention slow and choppy. 10.2 is really bringing the OS into its prime.

I find the hub management setting seem to change themselves or are far to sensitive.

Gobsmacked. I don't think I ever press backspace. Much easier just to swipe back and retype it lol

    LOL!

    You're killing me brother
This keyboard is loaded with features. It ruins all other physical keyboards. You will use all the motions to control it, on other devices.
    Drives me nuts! :/
I hate using my computer keyboard. It doesn't do anything right anymore .

-Two finger swipe to delete two words. Three fingers also.
-Pull down to access alt key function. Swipe down twice to get the rest of the alt function.
    -Keyboard shortcuts.
    -Custom keyboard shortcuts
-Long press the up arrow for caps lock.
-Hold shift, hit send for a new line.
-Place the cursor to edit with a tap. If you miss your intended target ; tap up, down, left, right to correct accurately. Don't try to drag.
    - two fingers down to close the keyboard
    - two fingers up to raise the keyboard.
    - press and hold shift for more characters.
    - press and hold the period for a voice function.

There is more tweaks you can do.

    - settings
    - language and input
All kinds of toggles to push

    enjoy.

There are a lot of complaints. But I doubt you'll find anyone whose used the Z10 who will say honestly that the keyboard is not phenomenal or at least very very good.

This is one of BlackBerrys major problems if you ask me. Lack of education of its users.

There are so many features in this phone that don't get utilized or even discovered by the subscriber base. It's sad really.

If you're a BB10 user of any level from newb to power user, I recommend reading the sticky thread at the top of the OS section I think? With all the tips and tricks in it. We can all learn something in there. Q

I always forget I can do the swipe back.

But this phone has ruined me. I can no longer type on my PlayBook or the touchscreen of my convertible Ultrabook. Far too frustrating. I actually have to look for a button to change to the screen with the numbers and symbols. It seems so cumbersome.

I like to think I'm pretty tech-savvy and I had NO IDEA that this existed until today.
The backspace button being near the send button really bothers me, too --- well, until today.
