I purchased two Z10 (one for me and one for the owner) and while mine is working fine, he is having trouble. The biggest issue now is his contacts (which we imported from outlook) seem mixed up. He brings up the text app, hits P and it brings up 10 people none of which have a P in their name.

I'm thinking the outlook sync somehow when afoot however, if I bring up Link and outlook sync it tells me it's going to duplicate every contact. So I need to either wipe his contacts completely or ??? I cannot seem to find a way to wipe them? Can I just reset the phone or will that undo the set up Verizon did? Or do we have to delete 320 contacts manually?

One other problem we're having is using the map tool, if you don't touch the screen it puts the phone to sleep. Is there a way to have the map app force the phone to stay on without having it plugged in?

Once I saw how crippled it was, I avoided using sync until it becomes worthwhile.

I would suggest wiping it and installing the OS again.
