Use a cloud sync like google. Easiest way, i guess.

If you are using a Mac, you could also simply sync your local informations through BB Link.

In BB Link I dont see sync adres book.
I can sync only photos, movies, docs etc. but not adress book

Are you contacts associated with one of your email accounts? Gmail, Windows Live - that's generally the easiest way. Unless there's a way you can save to a CardDAV account...

I usually use a phone switch as a way to cull my contacts. I do it manually, and if you arent worth me spending the 10 seconds then I dont add you. lol.

I will create account on Gmail. I think that the easiest way to do this.

Im not certain if iphone allows you to send full address book but bluetooth is usually what i use to send contacts
