    I installed 10.2 leak and my bbm said unable to connect to BlackBerry server.

    So I ran the 10.2 installer and half way through writing I Un plugged my phone. I then put my phone in BlackBerry Link as it was just continuesly blinking red light. I reinstalled 10.1 through BlackBerry Link but I still have the bbm error? I've tried wiping my device about 8 times.

    Reinstall 10.2. Sign up for BlackBerry channels in beta zone. Install the beta loader and BBM works. I had the same issue.

    Its a general error I got that error in the morning! Reboot your device and it will start working hopefully
