I just loaded 10.2.0.1725 and now I'm getting "Incompatible Device Software" on every attempt I make to restore from the Blackberry Link backup I did prior.

Main worry is that all my log-ins and passwords will be gone....

Help!

What version did you have prior to that one? 10.2.1.200?

You should have read the release notes then before installing 1725. Backups from 10.2.1.200 won't work on this build.
Don't you have an older backup that you could restore? Or the passwords for your accounts?

Read through most, tbh, but I must have somehow glossed over that one.

No biggie, though, as I've banked on good old memory and so far have been able to remember and re-add the most important ones to Password Keeper.

Gonna try now to see if the cloud feature will restore my most recent game settings on Real Racing 3.....
