Not returning but won't stop whining either. It is unacceptable and people who don't have a z10 that are looking to get one need to know that it is a possibility. If I knew I would have waited. Probably would have spent my upgrade discount on a q10.

It's OK to whine...we all whine at some point. Just rest assured that at the end of the day you are holding a fine piece of Canadian tech in the palm of your hand. That always cheers me up.

If you need more reasons not to dump that Z10, I'd be happy to start a laundry list. My nearly 60 year old mother fell in love with my Z10 after making one phone call and checking her WebSP mail account. BlackBerry wouldn't fight the good fight if there wasn't a sleeper hit on their hands and in ours. I'd sell my classic fully restored 1985 Honda Ch150D Elite Deluxe Scooter on the spot for a chance to own a brand spanking new BB10 tablet or any other larger iteration if it were ever to drop. My dedication to this company is more than stock I purchased or toys I own. It's knowing your company has principles and refuses to back down that makes you feel good every time you look down at that logo.

Won't return, Can't return. Had it since February and still much to master. Like for instance today I learned you have to two thumb swipe down within the virtual keyboard and not above it to hide it.

I'd never get rid of mine. I bought a Q10 to go with it, but every few days, I go back to the Z10.

After months of being nervous about having a touchscreen keyboard, I became very comfortable on it, even though I have a Q10 now. I also still really like it's design. It's subtle and not flashy. I like everything about my Z10, and part of me wishes I had two lines, so I could use my Q10 and my Z10 at the same time.

I feel almost handcuffed using a phone that doesn't understand the up-swipe gesture!
