    Blackberry is the absolute worst company i have ever dealt with and the worst software ever programmed. this is my last blackberry device ever and you cant even call them or email this ****ty garbage Canadian company. sick of them .
    i cant back up my device or update the software or even uninstall blackberry link. what a piece of garbage and waste of my damn money. i hate blackberry this is the last straw for this customer.

    I had some real frustrations yesterday trying to update to 10.3.1, back-up and so on. Posts on this forum helped. What are your issues exactly?

    I'm sorry, this has just not been my own experience.

    I live in Jamaica and bought the Z10 new from the carrier nearly 2 years ago, I know people laugh at me for paying full price from the carrier but it's been smooth as silk + I get the updates quicker than anyone else, anyway my point being ask away with your problems, but if that is your stance then "such is life" it's not for everyone

    There's no way that you can't uninstall Link.
    Correct it now on his pc for ever. So even after he leaves BlackBerry he will be constantly reminded by the desk top icon. Pffft.
