I contacted AT&T to get an unlock code for my Z10 100-3. It asks for the IEMI code. I gave the 15 digit code that shows under hardware and matches the one under the battery. AT&T say it is wrong so try *#6# gives same number but adds 2 more digits. The 15 digit code does not solve to the check digit???

    Any suggestions

One is probably IMEI and one IMEISV

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interna...pment_Identity

Which would give you 14+1 check, or 16.

"Structure of the IMEI and IMEISV (IMEI Software Version)
The IMEI (15 decimal digits: 14 digits plus a check digit) or IMEISV (16 digits) includes information on the origin, model, and serial number of the device"

    Formats:
    AA-BBBBBB-CCCCCC-D
    AA-BBBBBB-CCCCCC-EE

The 17 digit works to check but AT&T website only allows 15.

    Typical of them
