    OK i have attached the images of STL100-1 motherboard.And there is no sign of thermal paste

    The thermal paste is on the metal frame body itself. It's this rubber/plastic-looking circle that's white/gray/silver.

    I can't really recognise the CPU in your image even though I replaced the thermal paste on my own Z10. Could you please send a better image (higher quality) close up

    Edit/Update:

    I'm pretty sure this is where the thermal paste goes. It looks different from STL100-2 (what I dismantled) but I'm pretty sure this is where it would go. The square CPU looking bit. Not 100% sure, can anyone else confirm?

    no sign of thermal paste on metal body.Maybe stl100-1 does not have thermal paste anyone???
