    Updated to BlitzOS 10.3.2.2204 (SR2134) No Light sensor No proximity sensor
    Have no case , battery saving mode disable , a lot soft reset

    I think the hardware is really down and is not fault to software side

    Mine has worked fine on all 10.3.1 versions I have used. I am currently on 10.3.1.2744. The last I had was 10.3.1.2708.

    Most of the time it's a hardware defect. Sell it and buy another phone or warranty claim if it's still valid.

    I experience that problem too in my Z10. I tried using SIC wipe and load the 10.3.2.840 but still the same. Then I found someone selling LCD with housing that comes with sensor. After the replacement, I checked in BBVE again, this time sensors are available. So I think it's an hardware issue.
