    The phone which I used before on the old softwear was fine when using a hands free device it is now rubbish .

    how did you update this phone? With an OTA installation? You should reload the OS yourself!

    If you want to reload the OS do this:
    Download files from here:
    http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...oaders-995995/

    download the file to your PC, unzip it to your PC, close link, cable to your phone from your PC and click the exe.
