I think you'd be far better off getting a new cheap Android device than trying to replace the main board on a six-year-old phone.
I agree with Conite. Why fix a 6 year old phone? That said....
I have the same model Z10, and replaced the board in 2014.
Search YouTube for "how to replace Z10 board." At least one of the videos included a source for ordering a board. Whether they're still available is another story.

Your'e best bet if you want to stick with a z10 is probably just to get another fully working z10 - and keep the old one for spare parts (aka the screen etc).
You can get some Z10's for like $20-30.
And using blackberry link you can just move your data to the new device.
Ditto forever10's comments arash. Pick one up secondhand--it will be far easier than messing with the board.
