    trying out the new BB10 software at my local futureshop but when I arrived I realized that the live demo Z10 had a retail mode setup which required a username and password which I was told by the sales reps that they did have the login info.

    Needless to say I was quite disappointed in not being able to take the Z10 and BB10 for a test drive.

    Anyone else have the same issues with the live demos at there local stores?
