    Welcome to the site,

What OS are you using? What model of Z10 do you have? Are you on WiFi or Mobile when attempting this?

Have you tried a hard reset? Hold both volume keys till the device turns off, let go and it'll reboot

Welcome to the forums. I see that you've met Kris. He is a BlackBerry guru - expect him to be right about anything he contributes. Kris knows his stuff.

Hold the buttons down longer - about ten seconds - and it will reboot.

I have nothing wrong with my Z10 and I tried this. Held the volume keys down for about a minute and got nothing but a screen shot. Not sure if trolling or what...

Unless it's a Q10 thing, but this is what I always do, and I've been told it's what a majority of BlackBerry employees use

Don't hit the two buttons, just hold the top button and select restart.

    +1

I've been using this since day one. takes a screenshot, but just ignore it. I usually hold both until the screen turns off and the blackberry logo comes back up.

I had this problem too. The phone got stuck on goggles home page for me. Could not search, close that tab, nothing. I also got my z10 day 1. Only thing I could do was wipe the device. Luckily box saved all my photos. Don't try to restore either or you'll be back at square one. Write down your passwords if you use password keeper. Tech support had no answers. It seems we were the firsts to get this odd and very infrequent error. The good news is that my BlackBerry z10 is working better and faster than ever!

Oh I forgot,if your browser freezes when it's on google.com, then you should first go to another site, for example go to Crackberry.com using voice dictation app, then you follow the instructions I wrote before

I tried this and did not work I cleared cookies and history this morning due to a google redirect issue where every time I typed in google.com it would redirect and say page not available but worked when I used an old search history from google. So after I deleted history and cookies and tried to log in to fb mobile the page loads to 90% then nothing, there are several other pages where they seem to freeze and nothing can be done, no refresh, no over flow menu, no back button.

I sideloaded a bar for the browser did the volume up down reboot still same issue please help and I'm on official ATT os10.1.0.2074
