    I have OS 10.1.0.278. My Web browser loads certain pages such as Google, MSN etc.. but the when going to sites such as Crackberry.com, Experienceproject.com, ikariam.com etc it doesn't fully load the page it gets stuck. Any advice on how I can fix this? (when I connect my BlackBerry z10 to blackberry link and click reload software it doesn't seem to do anything)

    Hi Ali,

    Have you tried performing a security wipe on the device?

    I would hope and think he tried rebooting before trying to reload the OS and posting here.

    Did you try disabling flash and retry. Some flash heavy websites can cause that.

    I think you should check your browser settings... maybe therez something wrong there...
    Make so your flash n adobe are activated...

    Actually disabling it may help, sometimes it stucks at loading flash
