    Open camera.

    Swipe down. Goto settings.

Change the first option. Good luck!

    Hmm.

You may have to move everything off the card and format it again. Because if I recall correctly. Once you format the sd card in the device, storage is the first option you get asked.

If that doesn't work.... i'm hoping someone else knows of a fix for this.

Backup everything off your device and media card, and restore your device using BlackBerry Link. Then reinsert you sd card, format from device and see if it works.

Ok let's start with the obvious again just in case.
    - have u done a hard reset of the phone? Holding power button down for 10 seconds ish.
    - remove sd card for a few seconds and place it back in
    - turn the toggle option in camera settings off. Take a few pics. Turn it back on. Take a few pics.
Sorry to go over this again but this is so weird, it's not even my device and I'm getting annoyed lol.

Slightly off topic but it kind of isn't... why is it, my pictures from the camera save to my SD card, but screen shots from the Z10 aren't? screen shots get saved to my phone memory. I haven't seen any settings for that. If anyone can point me to how to get them to be saved to the SD like my other photos that would be much appreciated.

    Yes to all the above.
I don't mind you going over it again because often that's how we learn. I am glad you're annoyed though lol

Ugh. I'm honestly at a loss here.

I searched the forums some and found the following thread:
    http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=789146

Seems like you've tried with no luck what worked for others. They performed a hard reset. Literally pressing and holding the power button for 10+ seconds.

I'll keep searching. Hopefully you get this resolved soon.

Edit: did you keep the folders that the z10 creates in tact? I found another thread where users got issues if they renamed the parent folders. Ie don't change the name of the camera or photos folder. Create folders within them.

John Pawling said: "Over the evening I kept having this issue with my SD card after about a half an hour or so. I have ended up removing the SD card and put it into my computer to scan for and repair bad sectors. There were some, and after I replaced the card into my Z10, the issue has disappeared.

Really do wish BlackBerry had put the repairing of the SD card into OS10 options. "

I suppose I will try this now :P
I am stubborn too, bintheredundat, so I appreciate that you are still throwing stuff my way, i have been searching but didnt see this> I will let ya know later, got to get the kiddos off to school.
