When I'm downloading a video or song and it stops due to network and can't continue, a temp format of the file is saved on my device
These read only files have refused to delete, move or copy
Just occupies space
Space I need for more download
How do I fix it coz I won't delete on D Pc too

Clear them from your downloads screen then delete them. As long as they're showing in the downloads screen, they're still kind of technically in use and as such, won't let you delete them.

I tried that but it only worked for some of the files
