    Hi.
    I lost my contact on bbz10 and I have backup file of this phone.
    Now I can't restore my contacts with bb link
    I have backup from setting application and media
    I visited blackberry official site, and on there wrote , have problem with restore of bbz10 !!!!! ((((((
    hwlp me I need my contacts help me ; ((

    If you have the backup and the contacts you want are in there, restoring Settings should do the trick.

    Did you try to restore your contacts by setting up your old email address on your BlackBerry ?
