    Mine works fine since I downloaded the latest link.
    Search in one of the Crackberry blog post or heads up to blackberry.com and get the latest one.

    The micro usb connection is so **** it feels flimsy and cheap. Had a massive sync and it cuts out AGAIN Fed up with it. Otherwise I love the phone

    Yes it's latest link. I can't do nothing now. Can't backup. Can't sync and tells me to reboot OS. The jammy tick. Just for one disconnect.

    USB problems should be relatively uncommon, microUSB is supposed to be more robust and has a much higher design life than the older miniUSB connectors (I didn't find the design life data for full size USB on your computer).

    Before you condemn the device you need to be sure the problem is not in the cable, or the PC side connector. Your battery chart suggests you are getting intermittent charging. If this is powered from the computer's USB I suggest you also check this is not getting shut down by Windows as a power saving "feature".

    Most of my connection problems have been with the usb cable. If I try and use an aftermarket cable I usually always have issues. If I use the one that came with the phone I generally have no issues.
