Noticed a few days ago that I have lost the option to select SIM card contacts from within Contacts.
So I attempted to send Local contacts to the SIM and nothing saves.
Also, there is now no slider to enable SIM card contacts and if I create a new contact I do not have the option to save to SIM card.
    Very bizarre!
Concerned now that if my trusty Z10 dies on me there will not be a copy of them on the SIM card.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Well, there are a number of apps on BBworld for backing up contacts but the most simple way is by backing up to Google. Mine are on Google by default, but I also use Backup Pro to my SD.

I use Backup Pro too thanks. Currently overseas but when home I will wipe and reload OS.
In fact today I loaded my UK Sim and again that is not recognised either.

Interesting. Tried this myself, and discovered some contacts have the Add to SIM option while others don't. Unable to determine why.
